These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hibage platform and all services connected to it. By using our website, registering an account, and taking part in any gaming activity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. 1 Definitions and Interpretations

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Rules

hibage currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

• Deposits must come only from your own registered payment account.
• Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• The deposited amount will be added to the account once the transaction is successfully completed.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount for all methods is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• The account must have a sufficient balance to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if the wagering requirement for any active bonus has not been met.
• Additional verification steps may apply for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own registered payment account.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

hibage offers various bonus offers for new and existing members.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive up to a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• If there is evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation, hibage reserves the right to cancel any bonus and suspend the account.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Bonuses are available only to registered account holders and are non-transferable.

4.3 VIP Program

The hibage VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are determined by gaming activity and engagement on the platform.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hibage platform and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Fraud, manipulation, or playing games through dishonest means.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or gain advantages.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Allowing a third party to use your account.

6 Gaming Rules and Outcomes

On hibage, all game outcomes are determined by technology from certified software providers. We are fully committed to fair play and transparency.

• If a technical error occurs in the outcome of a game, hibage reserves the right to cancel that round and return the bet amount.
• If an ongoing game is interrupted due to a network disruption, hibage will make every effort to ensure the correct outcome.
